The list of blogs should have caching support.
So that the next time I view the list without being connected to the internet, it should load the last 10 blogs from cache.
If internet is present, it will still load the last 10, but will fetch the latest blogs in the background and then update the list once fetched.
This will provide a nicer experience like Linkedin Pulse reader
